2. Copyright Infringement Notification
To file a copyright infringement notification, please provide the following information:

- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
3. Notice Submission

4. Processing of DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the affected user of the removal
- Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user of the removal
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
5. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe your material was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was wrongly removed
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to local federal court jurisdiction
6. GPL License Considerations
While our products are GPL-licensed, this does not grant permission to:
- Redistribute products through unauthorized channels
- Remove or alter copyright notices and attributions
- Claim ownership of GPLSelect's original works
- Infringe on GPLSelect's trademarks and branding
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a strict policy for repeat infringers:
- Account termination after repeated copyright violations
- Permanent ban from our platform
- Forfeiture of any remaining subscription period
- Documentation of all DMCA notices received
8. False Claims
Please note:
- Filing false DMCA notices may result in liability for damages
- Misrepresentation of copyright claims is subject to legal penalties
- We reserve the right to report false claims to relevant authorities
9. Documentation Requirements
All DMCA notices must include:
- Specific URLs of allegedly infringing content
- Detailed description of the copyrighted work
- Documentation proving copyright ownership
- Complete contact information
10. Response Timeline
Our standard response timeline:
- Initial acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
- Preliminary review: 1-2 business days
- Content removal (if applicable): Within 48 hours of verification
- Counter-notification processing: 10-14 business days
11. Modifications to Policy
GPLSelect reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcement.
