1. NO REFUNDS AFTER DOWNLOAD
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS will be provided once any GPL WordPress theme, plugin, script, or any other downloadable content has been successfully downloaded from our platform. This policy is NON-NEGOTIABLE and applies to all purchases without exception.
Why this policy exists:

2. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND FILE PROBLEMS

- Files that fail to install on WordPress
- Broken or malformed code structure
Our Resolution Process:
- First Response: We will provide a new download link within 48-72 hours
- Alternative Solution: If the issue persists, we may provide an alternative similar theme/plugin of equal value
- Last Resort: Only in rare cases where the item is permanently unavailable or cannot be fixed, a refund may be initiated at our sole discretion
2.2 Reporting Technical Issues
To report technical issues, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Provide detailed description of the problem
- Include screenshots or error messages
- Specify your WordPress version and hosting environment
- Allow us reasonable time to investigate and resolve
3. NO REFUNDS FOR USER LIMITATIONS
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be provided for the following circumstances:

- You lack the required PHP version or server requirements
- Your hosting provider doesn't support the theme/plugin requirements

- The item is more complex than anticipated
- You lack the technical skills to implement or customize
- The theme/plugin doesn't match your design vision after download
- Need for additional premium plugins or extensions
3.3 Change of Mind
- No longer need the theme or plugin
- Found a better alternative elsewhere
- Project was cancelled or changed direction
- Simply changed your mind about the purchase
- Decided to use a different theme/plugin after purchase
3.4 GPL Licensing Misunderstanding
- Misunderstanding GPL license terms and usage rights
- Expecting premium support or updates like original premium versions
- Not understanding the difference between GPL and premium licensing
3.5 Site-Specific Issues
- Theme/plugin doesn't work with your specific website setup
- Customization requirements beyond standard functionality
- Integration issues with third-party services or tools
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to verify WordPress compatibility, server requirements, and suitability before purchase.
4. REFUND PROCESSING FEES
4.1 Payment Gateway Charges
If a refund is approved under our limited circumstances:
- All payment processing fees charged by Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment gateways will be DEDUCTED from your refund amount
- Currency conversion fees (if applicable) will also be deducted
- Transaction fees from the original purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE
4.2 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days, subject to payment gateway processing times.

6. POLICY VIOLATIONS AND ABUSE
6.1 Fraudulent Refund Requests
Any attempt to abuse our refund policy through:
- False claims of technical issues
- Chargeback fraud
- Multiple account creation for refund abuse
- Downloading content and then disputing charges
- Claiming GPL violations when products are legitimately GPL licensed
Will result in IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION and potential legal action.
6.2 Account Suspension
Accounts found violating this policy may be permanently suspended with loss of access to all purchased content and future downloads.
